Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of BCMS implementation and management, learn to interpret and implement ISO 22301 requirements, understand BCMS operation and processes, and acquire the knowledge to support effective planning, implementation, management, monitoring, and continual improvement of a BCMS.

Participants are required to have a fundamental understanding of business continuity concepts and comprehensive knowledge of BCMS implementation principles.
