How to start and lead smaller and larger projects to a successful outcome?
Project management is an everyday part of our lives, regardless of what we do. Whether it’s launching a campaign, organising a conference or summer event, developing a new product or software solution – or even, on a personal level, implementing a new habit – our lives consist of many small projects that must be completed with the resources available and within set deadlines. We’ve all likely experienced situations where “we meant well, but it turned out the same as always.”
So how do we plan and manage projects in a way that everything runs smoothly – avoiding constant “firefighting” and allowing us to enjoy the laurels of success at the end?
This project management training is designed to provide foundational knowledge and a practical toolkit for anyone looking to confidently initiate and manage new projects.
