Certified Agile Leadership (CAL-1)
The Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) program helps leaders build a comprehensive understanding of Agile principles, guiding them on how to support and lead Agile transformations, and how to leverage Agile to achieve organizational goals. The program combines education and practice to develop agile leadership competence and maturity.
Begin with our Certified Agile Leadership (CAL-1) program, which covers the essentials of Agile, personal development, and how to support teams and organizations. Progress to CAL-II to further deepen your knowledge, apply your skills, and share your Agile leadership experiences.
Certified Agile Leadership – 1 (CAL-1)
The CAL-1 program equips our leaders with everything related to being a fantastic leader in an agile context and the AI driven world. Our unique AI Augmented Certified Agile Leadership program aims to enhance and expand positive human impact by equipping leaders with the skills to lead and support teams and organizations effectively, and embracing AI in the VUCA context.
This workshop is designed for two different categories of participants: one is for managers and executives who want to develop their organization, the other is for agile coaches and change leaders who want to support their organization and leaders to go through organization development. Also, don’t forget – everyone is a leader, and everyone can benefit from our CAL-1 leadership program.
